Warehouse And Industrial Lighting

Warehouses and commercial structures demand lighting systems more than most other interior locations. These structures usually have incredibly high ceilings to offer clearance over machinery and optimize space on vertical storage racks. Therefore, extensive facilities require major lighting systems to ensure worker efficiency & safety, adequately illuminate the ground below, and provide adequate lighting. In addition to light production considerations, energy efficiency becomes a crucial priority for these applications. This is mainly because these structures require many lights to cover their considerable square footage.

Types of Warehouse & Industrial Lighting We Provide

LED High Bays

Lighting fixtures with many uses are designed for high ceilings and provide intense illumination. We offer various high bay lighting options for multiple applications, including warehouses, factories, gymnasiums, retail establishments, and other industrial buildings.

LED Corn Lamps

These lights are an extremely effective, less expensive alternative to conventional lighting technologies, including metal halides, sodium lamps, and CFL bulbs. The Straits Lighting Beam 360 LED Corn Lamp uses modern LED chips to guarantee outstanding performance and a long lifespan.

Overhead Crane Lights

We use red & blue LED lights in our overhead crane safety lights to give workers a prominent warning. They are suitable for indoor and outdoor situations because they are UL Certified and IP67 rated.

Zone Lights.

Worker safety comes first. It helps to decrease workplace accidents by having visible warning lights around potentially hazardous places, such as crane loading zones.

Strobe Lights.

We equip the strobe lights on equipment & forklifts to ensure safety in a warehouse, building site, or other working environment.

Benefits of Availing Our Warehouse & Industrial Lighting

Location-Specific Recommendations for Warehouse Lighting

Utility & Storage Room.

Since these spaces don't need a lot of light, they can use lighter-duty lights that are more energy-efficient and require less upkeep. People commonly use utility lighting in the linear form & replacement bulbs, like T8 LED Bulbs & Corn Lamps.

Warehouse Loading Dock Lighting.

Overhead Crane Safety.

Various specific lighting fixtures are made with overhead cranes and other machinery in mind. This primarily refers to spotlight-style and linear crane lights. These lights create an exclusion safety zone below the load, alerting employees to the danger above when the crane head hoists the load.

Workshops.

The level of detail in the work done in the typical workshop needs good illumination. Due to their remarkable lumen production across a large area, low bay lights are often the most common fixture for this application. To fill in any gaps that higher-powered soft bay lighting may leave, linear shop lighting is frequently used.

Warehouse Exterior Walls

Wall pack lighting is the best option for ensuring adequate illumination for building exteriors. These lights require almost minimal maintenance because they are durable and long-lasting.

Warehouse Parking Lots.

Parking lots need to be lit to safeguard the safety and security of users across large areas. Floodlights are the best choice for this application since they provide intense illumination in a tiny package and are easy to mount on poles or other exterior mounting surfaces.

CRI (Color Rendering Index)

LED lighting provides a significantly higher quality of light than conventional lighting. The light that LED lighting creates is more realistic and natural-looking due to its high CRI (Color Rendering Index). CRI runs on a scale of 0-100, where 100 corresponds to actual sunlight. While LED lighting usually has a CRI of 90 or more, traditional lighting rarely has a CRI of 80.

This difference is highly observable in side-by-side comparisons and is visible to the unaided eye. LED lighting offers a practical light output of around 40% brighter than conventional lighting and a higher CRI. The concentration of light causes this. Traditional lighting typically emits light in a 360° pattern, making a reflector necessary to direct the light.
